Are you interested in brewing a delicious cup of coffee? Coffee brewing is as much science as well as art. In this two-part event, we will delve into extraction theory and explore the key parameters contributing to a delicious cup. Different brewing methods will be discussed and demonstrated. Participants will practice brewing and experience how key parameters affect cup quality.

Because of the time required for discussion and hands-on brewing, this event is divided into two parts.

Presented by coffee enthusiast Jinny Huang. About Jinny: “I have been exploring specialty coffee and home roasting for more than 2 years as a serious hobby. I hope to meet fellow coffee lovers to share and exchange interesting info about coffee.”

Participants will need to sign up for both parts in order to participate in this event.
